Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then inspect the items and issue a refund.
The refund will be made to the payment method you used for your original purchase.
Your refund will be issued by Bestseller AS, so you won't be able to find it by searching for the brand you bought from, it will appear on your bank statement as "Bestseller AS".
Please allow up to 14 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) from the date you return your parcel for it to reach our warehouse, be processed, and for your refund to be issued. However, during busy periods it may take longer.
Tracking Your Return
While you may see your return marked as "delivered" in the tracking information, this usually refers to delivery to the local depot in your country. It has not yet reached our warehouse in Poland.
We will notify you via email as soon as we receive and process your return at our warehouse.

Order has been handed over to carrier for return.

Waiting time is 14 business days (Mon-Fri excl. public holidays).
Day 14
- Warehouse receives the return parcel and scans the received items.
- Return confirmation email is sent out.
- Refund is processed. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you made your order.
- Refund confirmation email is sent out.
Day 14 - 44
Waiting time is 1-30 days before the refund is available in your account (waiting time depends on payment method)
